Obituary for Janet L. Sampson (Hargrave)
Janet L. Sampson, age 69, of East Campbell, New York passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at her residence.
She was born on September 27, 1952 in Corning, New York the daughter of the late Raymond Hargrave and Dorothy (Hamilton) Hargrave. Janet was a graduate of East High Class of 1970 and a graduate of Corning Community College, obtaining an Associates degree in Arts and a minor in Psychology.
Janet will be remembered and known for her love for her family, especially her grandchildren, nature and her fine arts.
Janet is survived by her children: Francis X. Hill, Oshawa Hill, Lauren R. Hill, and Silver (Dakota) Sampson; grandchildren: Austin McFall, Ryli McFall, Bryce McFall, Zayn Sampson, Mason Sampson and several other grandchildren; siblings: Kathleen Bell, Raymond (Rebecca) Hargrave, and Seresa Hargrave.
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. Phillips Funeral Home, Corning has been entrusted with the arrangements.
